With a lifelong passion for travel and exploration, Malisa has dedicated over 35+ years to the industry, inspiring clients with her enthusiasm and expertise. Her journey in travel began at a young age, and it was a natural progression for her to turn her passion into a career.

Serving as flight department manager for a busy European tour operator in Portland Oregon, she found her true love for flights and complex itineraries.  That passion followed her north when she relocated to Vancouver BC, where she spent many years specializing in travel arrangements for Portugal and Spain, creating memorable journeys for her clients.

In 2016, Malisa joined the OTI family, where she found her ideal professional environment and home. For the past six years she has been a proud team member of the Scenic and Emerald Cruises Canadian air department, who had contracted OTI to manage their flights for their 5 -star river cruise line for Canadian guests.  The contract concluded at the end of 2025, but the Fly OTI teams focus remains on managing complex routings, adapting to schedule changes, handling contracted fares and delivering exceptional and personal service under pressure. 

Malisa’s dedication, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm make her a trusted advisor in creating seamless travel experiences. Whether navigating intricate itineraries or securing the best deals, she approaches every challenge with professionalism and a passion for travel!

A meaningful trip to Turkey in 2013 inspired her next chapter and in 2014, she joined the OTI Flight Team, where she has been ever since, proud to work alongside a team she truly considers family.

In 2015, OTI was contracted to manage flights for Scenic and Emerald Cruises, a prestigious 5-star river cruise company. For a decade, Jessica handled Scenic and Emerald Cruise flight bookings with meticulous precision and care, expertly managing complex itineraries, high volumes of reservations, and schedule changes. The contract concluded at the end of 2025, but Jessica and the Fly OTI team continue to do what they do best – ensuring flawless, well-coordinated flight arrangements for clients around the world.

With over 18 years in flight reservations, Jessica is a trusted expert known for her meticulous attention to detail, calm problem-solving, and skill in creating seamless, stress-free travel experiences. Her lifelong passion for travel fuels her dedication to ensuring every flight is perfectly arranged.

Every destination she’s visited holds a special place in her heart – from the rugged beauty of Scotland, her favorite destination, to the vibrant culture of Turkey, the surreal landscapes of Iceland, the charm of France, and the scenic stretch of the Danube. Clients rely on Jessica not only for her expertise but for her genuine care and steady presence, knowing their flights are handled by a professional who approaches every journey with intention, respect, and precision.

She began her career as a European air specialist in Vancouver, eventually becoming supervisor and then manager of the air department for a local wholesaler.

A personal trip to Africa sparked a new passion, shifting her focus to developing custom-designed African safaris; tailor-made programs for each guest, considering budget and interests, while continuing her supervisory work in the air department. Over 12 years, she escorted 24 FAM trips to Africa – experiences that hardly felt like work. When the company closed following the owner’s retirement, it marked the end of an unforgettable chapter.

In 2017, Angela joined the OTI family, which was contracted to serve as the air department for Scenic Cruises and Emerald Cruises – a transition that felt like a natural fit. Working in a high-pressure call center and booking hundreds of flights each month has been both demanding and deeply rewarding. From providing the initial quote to supporting guests through flight disruptions and everything in between, Angela and the Scenic Air Department team earned a reputation as the best in the business.  The team excels in complex itineraries, file management, attention to details and attentive service, resulting in very satisfied customers.

The contract with Scenic and Emerald concluded at the end of 2025, but Angela and the team at Fly OTI will continue doing what they do best – seamless flight arrangements with personal attention.

He has extensive experience with complex flight plans, business and premium airfares and travel throughout Europe. Airlines fear him as he is constantly working to ensure travelers’ rights are protected before, during and after travel.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, he returned to a familiar and comfortable role with FlyOTI as a Senior Ticketing Advisor. Ray specializes in handling complex itineraries, assisting clients with schedule changes, and maintaining strong relationships with airlines.
He finds great personal satisfaction in solving travel challenges for clients and is always striving to learn, grow, and further enhance his expertise in the industry.
